collecting the PhP300.00 grad/clearance fee and PhP360
for transcript of records (Total of PhP660.00)
beginning this Wednesday, April 2 from 1-5PM at the
LSG Room. Subsequent collections days will be April
3-4, and April 9 from 10 AM to 5PM at the LSG Room as
well.
If you will be unable to pay on any of those dates,
please let us know ASAP by texting (0917)8972331 or
emailing
miffygref@yahoo. com
or
uplawbarops2008@ yahoo.com
so we can come up with an
alternative arrangement.
Please note that the University Grad/Clearance Fee of
PhP300 is separate and distinct from the PhP1,700 you
will have to pay for the College Graduation.

II. Breakdown of Fees to be Collected by Secretariat
Prior to the bar exams this September, you will need
to pay for the following:
Clearance/ University Graduation fee - PhP300
Transcripts - (est) PhP360
Bar Petition (includes doc. Stamps and notarisation) -
estimated at PhP2500 (the OBC has yet to release any
announcement re this year)
The Secretariat Committee will preliminarily collect
the PhP300 for clearance and PhP360 for the
transcript. However, if you would like to avoid the
hassle of paying for the Bar Petition at a later date,
you may pay the PhP2,500. Please note, however, that
such is an estimate. In the event that there are
adjustments, we will either return the difference to
you or request that you add to the amount you have
already paid.
--
